OLH Technical Services is looking for a Law Enforcement Program Assistant for Conference Reporting specialist in Arlington, VA.



Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate requests for event approval ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
General administrative and project support as needed.
Write and submit a variety of reports related to conferences.
Monitor the conference information page on SharePoint for new events and conference requests.
Review and complete event request and approval packages submitted in SharePoint. Contact requestors and office heads for necessary additional Information
Monitor the event approval workflow process.
Prepare request packages for agency management.
Inform requestors events regarding policies and procedures for events and conferences.
Write memos and assemble Request packages for Events and Conferences required to be sent to DOJ for approval.
Maintain communication with DOJ on the status of conference and event request packages.
Requirements:

US Citizen
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to obtain and maintain an agency clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in any field. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the development and monitoring of corporate policies and procedures designed to provide management control of system development activities, including analysis of current procedures and policies to determine continued applicability.
Excellent MS Office Suite skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Position is located on-site in Arlington, VA.
