Full-time Management Analyst (3107)

at Three Saints Bay Family of Companies in Maryland

Kiliuda Consulting LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for a Management Analyst to provide support services for our client in Bethesda, MD.



Responsibilities:

Assist ethics management by providing analysis and advice for complex ethics and legal issues for the institute
Assist with the ongoing review of internal ethics procedures and policies to help streamline and make operation more efficient
Assist in preparation of reports relating a variety of ethics actions and sponsored travel
Requirements:

US Citizen
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass Public Trust level clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific, Business or Legal related field
Ten years’ hands on related experience in Federal Government ethics
Excellent attention detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong MS Office Suite skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Point)
Ability to speak and write fluently in English
Experience with NIH Ethics Enterprise System and EMIS
Scientific background and /or experience/familiarity with science terminology
Legal background and/or experience in working with legal documents


Position is located in Bethesda, MD
