Title - Technical Project Manager – Product Development Commerialization.
Seniority level – MIDLEVEL.
Client - Major Billion Dollar Manufacturer.
LOCATION - Minnesota US near Minnepolis and St. Pauls
SALARY & BONUS - 6 FIGURES US dollars
JOB CATEGORY – Research and Development
INDUSTRY - Food, Animal Nutrition/Nutraceutical ( Manufacturing)
EDUCATION – BS Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or other related technical fields.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS – Less than 20%
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE – Yes for qualified candidates. Candidate living outside Minnesota are encouraged to apply
Work Experience Requirements:
1. 6 to 10 years industry manufacturing experience in process or product development and commercialization with emphasis on agglomeration and microcapsulation technology preferred.
2. SIX Sigma Certification nice to have.
3. Experience with Minitab, Microsoft Dynamics 365
4. Knowledge of Food and dietary supplement . Knowledge of GMP protocols, regulatory requirements such as FDA.
5. Project Management demonstrated experience. PMP nice to have.
6. Excellent communication ( verbal and written) , highly influential, and Creative problem solving skills. Team player and Collaborator. Presentation Skills.
7. Technical Project Manager who has the ability to be highly influence, leader, juggle multiple tasks and projects.
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
9. Required to work with manufacturing and quality to make any required changes to equipment and processes involved for full scale new product production. There will be the requirement of scale-up trials
10. Will be required to work closely Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other R & D Teams.
