Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Inventory Specialist:

• Responsible for receiving product. This includes filing of all proper paperwork for later use if needed
• Adjusting inventory as needed while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Complete daily machine checklist before beginning to operate machine
• Read and follow directions off pick ticket
• Check containers for damage, confirm correct items and quantities are selected
• Move completed orders to shipping area
• Place containers on skids, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping
• Operate pick lift and forklift
• Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of fulfillment center
• Be alert for obstructions or hazards in aisles and warehouse
• Operate machine at a reasonable speed
• In one 8-hour shift the goal is to pick a minimum of 450 lines
• Load and unload boxes for skid orders and stand for long periods of time
• They will receive the product and make any adjustments to the fulfillment inventory while maintaining complete accuracy.
• All receiving paperwork and or packing slips will be properly filed for later use if needed.
• Utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions, and arrange containers on pallets
• They will perform duties in accordance with standard operating instructions, and ensure shipments are correct and defect-free.
• Maintain equipment, perform basic maintenance, conduct physical inventories, and report quality variances.

Job requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft office, email communications and any data analytics.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
