Market – Related plus commission

Effectively coach, supervise, and coordinate the daily sales activities of the sales team to achieve and exceed set sales targets

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Qualification within sales and marketing advantageous
2-3 years of working experience in a similar role
Previous experience managing telesales staff and external sales staff
ICAS and CRM, MS Office proficient

Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of sales consultants
Monitor and motivate direct reports to reach agreed sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service
Accurate and efficient sales administration
Extensive product knowledge
