Node.js/AWS Developer - Remote

Role: Node.js/AWS Developer

Location: Remote, EST Time Zone

YOE: 10-15 Years

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Node.js applications on AWS infrastructure.

Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend
applications.

Develop and optimize database structures and queries to ensure efficient data
retrieval and storage.

Integrate applications with various AWS services, such as AWS Lambda, API
Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and others.

Implement security best practices and ensure the security and integrity of
applications and data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and
DevOps engineers, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Conduct code reviews and perform testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free
code.

Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues, including
scalability and latency optimizations.

Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in
Node.js and AWS development.

Requirements:

Strong experience in developing applications using Node.js and JavaScript.

Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practices.

Experience with AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, API
Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM.

Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

Strong knowledge of database systems, such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus.

Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure
automation is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a team environment
