Required Experience:

7+ years DBA expertise (2+ years hands on experience specific to Couchbase)
Expertise as a development and application DBA
1+ year experience working within AWS or Azure
Proficient in writing SQL, N1QL and performance optimization
Expertise with Sync Gateway
1+ years experience designing, developing, tuning, optimizing, deploying and updating Couchbase dataset in a highly available production environment
Prior experience expanding Couchbase functionality in an enterprise environment
Expertise in writing code in Shell or Bash at minimum (Python preferred)
Prior expertise working in a Linux environment
Deep Technical knowledge of DBMS products and ecosystem; e.g. storage formats, access algorithms, data management processes, administration, data maintenance, replication, high availability, encryption, etc.
Ability to monitor and tune databases and DBMS to reach high performance; e.g. use data monitoring and analysis tools, tune configuration parameters, alter physical designs, benchmark, etc.
Plusses:

Prior SW development programming expertise (Java is preferred)
Expertise in multiple NosSQL databases
Knowledge of eventing functions
