Must - haves:

5+ years minimum professional experience as a ML Engineer
Strong SQL - there will be a SQL test at the end of the interview
Pyspark/Python - EXPERT LEVEL - need to be hands on coding, ML engineers usually bring up the best skillset for this
Azure Databricks (Azure ML environment)
Regression Forecasting (where has candidate done this and what the ML model was trying to accomplish (what problem it was trying to solve from a business perspective), ideally dealing with revenue generating/sales data or syndicated data
Pluses:

Building a Pricing Elasticity ML model
Recommendation systems experience
