Position: IT Functional Consultant ? ServiceNow

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 2-3 Days a week)

Type: Contract

 

Job Description:

 

·         SAMPro Implementation experience

·         Strong Function skills in ServiceNow AMDB, CMDB & Contract
Management.

·         Define Process, Regineer, Understand Different Integrations along
with Software Publisher Knowledge.

 

Knowledge on ServiceNow Data Modeling table structures and Infra Architecture
diagrams

 

·         Interact with Business Users

·         Leading Technical Team members at offshore

·         Keep Drop Analysis

·         Analysing Compare Report

·         Designing or fine tuning solutions

·         Assist in Impact Analysis with Functional and Business Users

·         Retrofit

·         Write and Review Functional Design and Technical Documents

·         Write and review detailed test scripts for Unit, System,
Integration, and User Acceptance

·         Deliver Process Training & Assist with developing Communication Plan
