Outsource Lab is a company that connects skilled virtual workers with reputable businesses. We're seeking a talented and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for our prospect clients, guiding them through the process of understanding and leveraging the services offered by us.

This 100% remote position will start as a part-time role, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and goals.
Showcase the value and benefits of Outsource Lab's services, emphasizing how our virtual workers can enhance their businesses.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into Outsource Lab's platform.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Outsource Lab's offerings, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing insights and feedback to optimize the client acquisition process.
Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to nurture leads and convert them into satisfied clients.
Adapt and tailor your communication style to different clients, building rapport and establishing long-term relationships.

Requirements:

Speak fluent English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience of 2+ years in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Proven ability to handle discovery calls and navigate complex conversations.
