Residential Project Manager

Property Management company is in need of a Full Time Residential Project Manager to join the Busy, Outstanding, Family Oriented, extremely FUN Team.
Hours Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
The Residential Project Manager is responsible for communicating with all vacating residents, performing pre move out inspections, creating list of items for repair/replacement to be approved by property owner, scheduling outside subs to perform work. Following up with subs and unit inspections weekly, keeping unit turn on scheduled and within assigned budget. Perform final Rent Ready inspection and turn unit over to leasing for listing.
This position requires strong organization skills as well as the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and respond well in stressful situations. The ideal candidate must have a positive, outgoing attitude, be self motivated, and be able to work well with our existing team. Must be able to relate to tenants in a kind professional way and see that their needs are taken care of in a timely manner.
Property Management experience and Spanish speaking, highly recommended.
