What You Can Expect

-F/T :: 4 Day Work Week
-Hygienist will travel with provider between 2 clinics within city limits
-Each hygienist is part of a team that includes the dentist and assistant that follows the providers schedule - each team runs 4 chairs
-Competitive compensation based on experience + bonus structure based on production
-Local anesthesia required but if you do not have, you will be required to complete
-Benefits to include Health Ins Stipend, Holiday Pay/PTO, 401K, Dental, Malpractice and CE are negotiable for the right candidate
-PPO/FFS
-High-Tech, State of the Art equipment
-Dependable and confident in their work but with a willingness to continue to grow and learn regardless of skill level
-Comfortable with a fast pace but quality over quantity in a very busy general dental practice
-Must be honest, team oriented that loves building relationships with patients and staff, hardworking, leader, confident and with good integrity and energy
-New grads are encouraged to apply

-Active Hygienist FL license or willing to obtain
