We are currently looking for native American English speakers to join us on a new speech collection.

Responsibilities:
• Record audio samples of specific phrases using an iPhone with iOS 16 installed. Phrases / prompts and guidelines will be provided.
• Participants will be required to record, using Voice Memos app, the assigned phrases in the specified environment as per the instructions provided. This will ensure a variety of acoustic conditions and help in creating a comprehensive dataset.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English with an American accent such as Southern, East Coast, West Coast, Midwest et cetera.
• Born in United States
• First 20 years of your life living in United States
• Currently Not located in Illinois and Texas
• Access to an iPhone with the latest iOS (iOS 16) installed.
• Willing to upload Voice Memos app on your phone

Delivery:
• Upon completion of the recording tasks, participants will be required to deliver the recorded samples via OneDrive. Detailed instructions will be provided on how to upload the files to the designated OneDrive folder. Please ensure that you have access to a OneDrive account or are willing to create one for the purpose of data delivery.

Deadline:
• Please ensure to submit the audio samples within 2 days from the date when the guidelines are provided to you. This includes any necessary redo of files that have quality issues.

Payment: USD 20
It is important to note that payments can only be made for files submitted within the specified deadline. Any files submitted after the deadline will not be considered for payment unless an extension to the deadline has been requested and approved by us.
To be eligible for payment, participants must ensure that they submit the complete set of assigned files without any quality issues. In case there are quality issues identified in the submitted recordings, participants will be asked to redo the recording to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Please be aware that partial submissions will not be considered for payment. It is essential to complete all assigned files within the given timeframe to receive compensation.
