PeopleReady of Upland, CAis now hiring Dispatch Clerks!Dispatch Clerk is responsible for performing day-to-day activities related to vehicle purchase orders, schedule and route drivers, and record vehicle information into Inventory System.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 / Hour
What you'll be doing as a Dispatch Clerk:

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for vehicle orders as scheduled.
• Communicate with customers to verify vehicle ownership documentation and confirm schedule vehiclepick up.
• Monitor and update vehicle orders in Car Buy System.
• Answer incoming calls related to dispatch and customer service.
• Process and data enter incoming vehicle purchase documentation into Car Buy System.
• Work under time constraints.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.

Available shifts:
Shift timings -1st Shift (Day),Weekends
Job requirements:

• Basic computer, data entry skills (Microsoft Office excel & word), 10-key calculator, multi-usertelephone system
• Must have ability to multi-task, work under conditions of frequent interruptions and attention todetails.
• Must have proficient ability to read, write and understand English language.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Background Check Required
