Role

We have an immediate need for an exceptional accountant to assist our clients to reconcile and update their accounting records. This will involve bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable reconciliations, reviewing financial statements and updating accounts where appropriate.

The successful candidate will show attention to detail, have analytical problem-solving skills to resolve accounting issues, take responsibility for their work, be self-motivated and communicate effectively with their manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (mandatory)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (desirable)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (mandatory)
- At least 5 years of work experience in accounting (mandatory)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (desirable)
- Experience with Xero (desirable)
- Moderate skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables (desirable)

Responsibilities:

Recording of all financial transactions
- Investigating anomalies
- Processing of invoices and bills
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing management reports
- Liaising with clients
- Initially a work from home role there may be a requirement to be office based in future.
