Job description

Do you look around after cleaning and appreciate a job well-done? Are people around you always complimenting you on how clean and tidy everything is?
We are looking to hire 1 or 2 people to work part-time as Commercial Cleaning Floats. The would be responsible to travel to various locations and help out as needed. This could be for a one time cleaning or too fill in for one of the regular cleaners. Starts part-time, potential to grow into full-time if desired. Typical hours are during the day, but is likely to include weekends.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs
Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Shift availability:
Day Shift (Preferred)
Night Shift (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
75% (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
