Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

• Customer service - answering phones, emails, text, yelp. Scheduling.
• Invoices.
• Estimates.
• Records.
• Follow up under direction from General Manager
• Dispatch to the technicians
• Filing
• Excel - tracking, reports, payroll
• Payroll - Gusto, retirement, workers comp payments
• Vendors - providing W9, insurance, handling questions
• Other office admin as needed
• Knowledge of a CRM like Housecall Pro or Service Titan is preferred. Also Quickbooks, Yelp, Outlook.
