Our client is a long standing consulting firm with a strong reputation of helping private companies and individuals to alleviate tax burdens, act on business opportunities and execute wealth preservation and succession planning strategies. They are currently seeking Senior Tax Associates for an exciting career opportunity in their Boca Raton, Miami or Fort Lauderdale office in a Hybrid capacity.

Your expertise will be invaluable in:

-developing detailed engagement work plans
-illustrating budgets and schedules
-actively participating in proposals.

In addition, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of staff associates, including interns, by providing regular performance coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and effective client management.
Develop comprehensive work plans and establish timelines to efficiently execute audit engagements.
Illustrate budgets and schedules to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely completion of engagements.
Actively contribute to the proposal process, showcasing your expertise to potential clients and stakeholders.
Manage and mentor a team of staff associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Your Experience:
The successful candidate for the Senior Associate - Audit role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a public accounting firm, showcasing expertise in auditing procedures and practices.
- Prior experience in conducting audits for private companies will be highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field is required to excel in this role.
- Licensure: Either having achieved CPA licensure or eligibility to sit for the exam will be considered favorably.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
Audit Software: Familiarity with audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX is a plus.
