Requirements:
• Open to Japanese National
• Open to JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level (Certification is not required)
• With CSR/ TSR/ Service Desk Background
• College Graduate or non-Bachelor Degree is welcome to apply
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service through calls, email, chat in English and Japanese.
• Communicate and provide updates to the team/s
• Manage the escalation of all accounts.
• Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
• Collaborating with internal departments
• Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
