Responsibilities
Coordinate appointments and meetings for real estate team members
Manage and organize virtual files and documents
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Generate real estate reports and spreadsheets
Conduct research, create presentations, and generate other documents as needed
Assist in the creation of marketing materials and social media posts
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a virtual assistant role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
High proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
