They are currently searching for a Delivery Consultant to join their award-winning Executive Search Firm.

The Delivery Consultant will work closely with the Research & Delivery Manager, focusing on candidate engagement and delivering to a dedicated portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process using a variety of methods to source the appropriate candidates for interim and permanent roles.


This will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London office. The role reports into the CEO.


Key areas of focus:

Working with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and thereby attract business.

Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work.

Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.

Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.

Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client, and informing candidates about the results of these interviews.

Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.
