They are currently searching for a Recruitment Consultant to join their award-winning Executive Search Firm.

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from the sourcing to the offer stage and beyond. This includes shortlisting and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.They will ensure the delivery of excellent recruitment services, completing all necessary client and candidate-facing tasks and building long-term client relationships.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London office.


Key areas of focus:

Schedule and attend pitches with prospective clients.

Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs.

Headhunting and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates.

Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.

Present detailed candidate profile summaries to clients.

Organising interviews and helping applicants to prepare for them.

Negotiating contracts.
