Position is open for someone with the following skills to operate an ethnic Greek food store:

Fluent in Greek
Full time includes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays shifts
Skilled butcher
Greek food and memorial tray preparation
Delivery in the Chicagoland area & all suburbs ( mileage reimbursable)
Knowledge of Greek food imports
Grocery store stock ordering and inventory management
Excellent communication skills
