SAW OPERATOR
at Wodin, Inc in United States Of America
1st shift – 7:15 am – 5:45 pm, Monday thru Thursday
2nd shift- 5:00am – 3:30 pm, Tuesday thru Friday
must have experience working with metals, mics/calibers, tape measure. Operation of band saws & circular saws to cut round metal bars to length for processing in steel forging.
Ability to read job orders and drawings to define lengths.
Replaces worn or damaged saw blades, using hand tools.
Records specific data on production reports.
Must maintain full traceability of steel during operation.
Ability to multitask and run more than one saw at a time, Operator will have several setups in a day.
May perform preventative maintenance on machines and assist maintenance with saw maintenance and repair.
Must be physically able to move in and around variable temperatures in a busy shop
Must have reliable transportation.
