Customer Service Representative (Dutch and English speaking)

at Jobisite in Pieria

Role: Customer Service Representative (Dutch and English speaking)

Location: Athens, Greece (Remote)

Start Date: 21st August 2023

Looking for Dutch Speaking Frontline Agents that will be answering inbound calls from retail customers, who have either Sales, After-sales, Set Up queries or technical issues related to the clients merchandise.

Responsibilities
Agent will be expected to gather rapport on details about the expectations and needs of the customer.
Agent will be expected to create a tailored session to help the customer utilize the device’s features to his benefit.
Agent will be expected to determine whether issues are connectivity, device or system related.
Agent will be expected to guide customer in solving issue.
Agent will be expected to ask discovery questions to understand the customer needs.
Agent will be expected to make an educated suggestion of a product that meets the customer need.
Agent will be expected to understand from probing and investigation what the customer needs.

Qualifications
Language:
✓ Dutch First Language Preferred
✓ Minimum Language Skills: C2
✓ English Language Skills: C1
✓ Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
✓ Right to work in the EU

Customer Service:
✓ Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
✓ Soft Skills, advanced Active Listening and Engagement
✓ Confident, adaptable and Empathetic
✓ Pleasant and positive attitude

Technical Support:
✓ Experience in Technical Support is preferred but not mandatory
✓ Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish
✓ Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting customer’s issues
✓ iPhone users preferred
