Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housecleaner to join our team. As a Housecleaner, you will maintain cleanliness and organization in residential properties. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the assigned houses are spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for the homeowners. You should be capable of handling various cleaning tasks efficiently and be committed to providing exceptional service.

Location: Bloomington, IL, United States.

Salary/Compensation: Market Competitive Package

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas per established standards.
• Organize and tidy up living spaces, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
• Handle special cleaning projects as requested by homeowners.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their specific cleaning preferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a house cleaner or in a similar cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions from clients.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Time management skills to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various cleaning responsibilities efficiently.
• Professionalism and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• This is a part-time/full-time position, with flexible working hours based on the number of cleaning assignments.
• You may be required to work weekends and occasional holidays, depending on client requests.
• The job may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• A uniform or appropriate dress code may be required while on duty.
