Real Estate Appointment Earn up to 1000 USD (US APPLICANTS ONLY)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Add friends in yard sale groups on Facebook and message them after they accept the request.
Initiate conversations with prospects through Messenger in professional and persuasive manner, creating interest in our real estate services offerings.
Reach out to prospects to check if they are interested in selling their properties.
Ask for some information about the property and qualify prospects for closer.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in appointing setting, telemarketing, or real estate sales is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in using Facebook, including adding friends, initiating messages, and navigating various groups effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
Ability to identify and avoid spam accounts and inactive profiles, ensuring a high-quality lead pool.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
