Remote Recruiter Coordinator Assistant requires:
 Locations: TN, GA, AL, MS, AR, SC, NC, FL, VA, MO
 High School Diploma or equivalent Experience
 2 years - Administrative office experience required
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Remote Recruiter Coordinator Assistant duties:
 Assist with immigration, relocation and other recruitment processes.
 Answer inbound customer service calls.
 Provide entry-level troubleshooting and redirecting phone calls when appropriate.
 Prepare, organize, and schedule employee interviews and testing, reviewing results to qualify candidates.
 Identify order issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
