Client: Montana state university
Duration: 12 + months
Location: Bozeman MT

Required Skills
• Install, configure, and test Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration components including hardware, software and cloud-based services.
• Design, install, configure, and test Cisco Webex components.
• Install, configure, and test room video teleconferencing hardware.
• Install, configure, and test voice gateways.
• Assist with design and architecting of new network and telecommunications services and manage change with existing services.
• Perform ticketing and case work, with MSU and with vendors, service providers, and manufacturers.
• Provide documentation and conduct knowledge transfer and training activities associated with assigned duties.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience working in a large-scale production Unified Communications and Collaboration environment in a higher-education multi-campus setting.
• Experience with porting phone numbers between telecommunications service providers.
• Experience with converting analog phone systems to VoIP.
• Experience with the design, implementation and troubleshooting of CCX call trees and Finesse call flows,
• Experience managing location information within Cisco CER.
• Experience with Cisco collaboration licensing on premise and cloud activations
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues throughout the campus network environment.
• Experience architecting modular and scalable, highly available and redundant enterprise class telecommunications solutions.
