What will you be doing?

Lead and develop Support Services across mirus to provide a range of high quality, outcome focused and citizen directed services.
Take on the ‘Responsible Individual' responsibilities and functions as defined under the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care Wales Act (RISCA).
As a member of the senior team, work in partnership with the people we support, their families/carers, a range of internal departments/colleagues, external partners, commissioners, and regulators to continually improve practice and develop new services / service models
