Full-time Facility Security Officer (3346)

Three Saints Bay, LLC is actively hiring for a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join the Corporate Headquarters Team.

Essential duties for this position will be to ensure compliance with applicable government and company security regulations. Duties will include the development and implementation of security processes and procedures in supporting Old Harbor Native Corporation, Three Saints Bay LLC and all subsidiary companies. Selected individual will serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) and will have oversight and hands-on responsibilities for all aspects of employee security. Participate in security reviews and self assessments. Individual must focus on customer service; be a team player; and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The FSO is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met.
The successful candidate will interface with all levels of personnel and government management personnel to ensure contract security compliance with 31 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule, DoD Manual 5205.07, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) and Program Classification Guides.
Work as a team player, exhibit flexibility, and excellent organizational skills. Analyze moderate problems and provide focused solutions with the ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences. Bring security risks to the attention of senior management and PM’s as identified.
Use and knowledge of government databases, i.e., DISS, NISS, NBIS, e-QIP/e-App.
Initiation, review, verification, and monitoring of employees Federal clearance investigations and re-investigations.
In/Out process employees.
Initiate and issue Visit Authorization Requests and System Access Authorizations.
Monitor and report information regarding the security program and cleared personnel to required agencies.
Maintain liaison with contracting specialists.
Deliver periodic security briefings via preparation of newsletter and/or other relevant information.
The candidate will be required to conduct security self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, and implement security measures to meet requirements.
The FSO must possess the confidence to make critical security decisions concerning high value contracts and to implement security procedures that will prevent unauthorized access to company and government facilities or information.
Perform other duties associated with the support of programs for the safeguarding and handling of classified information.
Provide clear guidance to company employees and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications/Requirements:

MUST HAVE ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE
Completion of FSO course of instruction
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM rule, other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards.
Self-starter with ability to work independently, customer service oriented.
Experience creating and conducting initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, pre/post foreign travel briefings and refresher briefings, as appropriate.
Ability to develop and establish an effective security awareness, training, and education program.
Ability to interpret and apply National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) to comply with government requirements and regulations as they relate to industrial security.
Ability to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and contractually obligated requirements to ensure the protection of classified and Company Protected Information.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to edit and format proposals.
Ability to balance and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deal effectively with auditors.
Minimum 2 year college degree.
Minimum 5 years of Industrial Security experience.
