REGIONAL TRAVEL FROM TIME TO TIME

Seeking Field Application Specialist to oversee the training, setup, deployment and maintenance of new labs involved with protein research, and provide technical support and training to new and existing clients.

Activities:

Coordinate installation, demonstration, and validation of Chemistry Analyzers for specialized immunoassays.

Provide onsite training for the usage of reagents and chemistry analyzers.

Conduct trial runs of assays using customer equipment to provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Attend tradeshows, industry conferences, and seminars to perform technical product demonstrations and scientific presentations.

Collaborate with sales and product team to write up protocols for assay development and performing workflow analysis.

Requirements:

Combination of appropriate education and experience.

2+ years of biochem instrumentation experience in a laboratory setting in a methods development, validation, field applications or technical support capacity.
