Scientist Bioassay Immunoassay Assay Methods Developer Biochemistry Molecular Biology Research Monoclonal Antibodies ELISA NMR MS UV-Vis HPLC _ .

Seeking Assay Development Scientist with background in biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or similar who can:

Develop and optimize cell based bioassays and binding ELISA assays.

Ensure compliance with standards and report quality anomalies.

Train researchers and junior scientists.

Conduct testing on in-process, product, stability, and research samples.

Write and revise test procedures and SOPs.

Calibrate instruments and devices prior to use.

Assist with process improvements and implementation of new instrumentation.

Assist with developing new analytical techniques and methods.

Assist in qualifying and validating methods.

Requires advanced degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or similar discipline and 3+ years developing and performing functional bioassays. Must be well versed in regulatory guidelines for assay design, development, analysis, and approval.
