Validation Metrologist Calibration Technician Maintenance GCMS LCMS Laboratory Chemistry Analyzers _ .

Perform routine calibration and instrument performance verification, maintenance, repairs on highly complicated instrument such as High Performance Liquid Chromatographs, Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatographs, Gas Chromatographs, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer, Ultra Violet- Visible Spectrometer, and similar.

Manage method validation instrument calibration program and calibrate balances, pH meters, and similar lab equipment.

Analyze samples to evaluate instrumentation performance and troubleshoot instrument malfunction.

Maintain accurate calibrated and qualified instruments in compliance with regulatory standards.

Process and report calibration results using the instrument specific data processing software.

Initiate and draft investigations; create and revise Standard Operating Procedures; assess critical equipment performance; write and execute qualification protocols.

Liaise with vendors and service providers to obtain relevant technical information and initiate change control documents.
