Job Description:

Post job ads on career websites, college and university career pages, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels. Assist the HR team with the full-cycle recruitment process.

Screen resumes, handle email exchanges with applicants, and input information into the Applicants Tracking System.

Interviewing competent candidates, welcoming and acclimating new employees

Throughout the hiring process, develop and build good relationships with candidates.

Job Requirements:

Have a degree from a university or college, particularly in human resources, business, psychology, or a similar field, or be pursuing one.

Proficient English language

Dedicated, hardworking, eager to learn, and a team player
