Client Service Representative (CSR) / Account Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience Needed:
- Previous work involvement in commercial printing and direct mail fulfillment.
- Prior exposure to estimating and billing/invoicing.
- Previous involvement in large-scale project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities entail supporting clients to ensure the successful execution of their projects and acting as a consultant to help meet client marketing production service objectives.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Address inquiries and order requests from both new and existing clients, comprehending client requisites, initiating estimates and quotes, and offering technical assistance to achieve clients' marketing objectives.
- Input orders into the ERP system.
- Generate purchase orders for diverse project components.
- Collaborate closely with the production team as a client advocate, ensuring clear communication of objectives and overseeing production to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.
- Manage client communication and documentation for client meetings, project status updates, inventory, and project/program requisites.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality targets for each client project.
- Proactively resolve issues and navigate challenges to fulfill client objectives.
Requirements for Client Service Representative/Account Manager:
This is a direct-hire position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility. The salary range is $55,000 to $60,000, contingent upon experience.
