Full-time HR: Intern

at Jobisite in Delhi

Responsibilities:-
• Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans.
• Manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment.
• Review applications and Interview processes.
• Coordinate with the candidates Proactively.
• Develop recruitment related Documents.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.
Skills Required:-
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills.
• Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high quality leads.
• Familiarity with MS excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
• Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivatedand organized.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relatedfield.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
