PosiƟon: BUSINESS GROWTH ANALYST
LocaƟon: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Summary:
As a crucial member of our team, the BUSINESS GROWTH ANALYST at Next Art CreaƟons will be
instrumental in propelling our organizaƟon's growth and success. The role encompasses lead
generaƟon, career counseling, personalized course recommendaƟons, and the pivotal task of closing
deals to drive revenue. The BDA's profound experƟse in both markeƟng and sales will be pivotal in
promoƟng our diverse course offerings and expanding our student base.
CompensaƟon: The compensaƟon package for the role of BUSINESS GROWTH ANALYST (Post
QualificaƟon Training) ranges from INR 6,50,000 to 8,50,000 per annum, with a fixed pay of 3.5 lakh
to 5.5 lakh and an addiƟonal performance-based pay of 2-3 lakh. Please note that the package may
vary based on the performance & experience. Performance-driven incenƟves and bonuses linked to
surpassing sales benchmarks.
Job DescripƟon: As a BUSINESS GROWTH ANALYST , your role will involve translaƟng theoreƟcal
knowledge gained in the iniƟal training phase into pracƟcal revenue-generaƟng strategies during the
final 2 weeks of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase. You will be responsible for implemenƟng
effecƟve techniques to drive revenue and contribute to the company's growth.
SƟpend during ATP: During the complete training program spanning 18 days, a sƟpend of INR 10,000
will be provided. It's important to highlight that this sƟpend is subject to pro-rata adjustments based
on your acƟve parƟcipaƟon and performance during the training program Performance-driven
incenƟves and bonuses linked to surpassing sales benchmarks.
ResponsibiliƟes:
1. Comprehensive Lead GeneraƟon: Harness a mulƟ-faceted approach, leveraging online
plaƞorms, social media, professional networking events, and referrals to idenƟfy and culƟvate
prospecƟve leads with a strong interest in skill development courses.
2. HolisƟc Career Counseling: Engage with potenƟal students on a one-on-one basis, delving
deep into their career ambiƟons, exisƟng skill sets, and personal preferences. UƟlize this
understanding to offer tailored guidance on courses that align with their individual goals.
3. Strategic Course Pitching: Leverage your deep knowledge of our course offerings to
persuasively present and advocate for our skill development programs. Adapt your approach to cater
to each student's unique aspiraƟons, showcasing how our courses can be the catalyst for their career
growth.
4. Building Enduring RelaƟonships: CulƟvate robust and meaningful relaƟonships with leads,
guiding them through their decision-making journey, assuaging any concerns, and ensuring a
seamless and posiƟve interacƟon with our organizaƟon.
5. Sales Excellence and Deal Closure: Harness your adept sales techniques to aptly influence
and moƟvate leads towards enrolling in our courses. Set sights on achieving individual and collecƟve
sales benchmarks by adeptly converƟng leads into paying, enrolled students.
6. SynergisƟc MarkeƟng IniƟaƟves: Collaborate synergisƟcally with the markeƟng team to cocreate and deploy strategies that elevate our lead generaƟon and course promoƟon endeavors.
Provide your valuable insights on market trends and student preferences to inform our strategic
direcƟons.
7. Fostering ConƟnuous Learning: Stay perpetually abreast of evolving industry trends,
compeƟƟve landscape, and emerging technologies to ingeniously posiƟon our courses in the everevolving market.
8. MeƟculous ReporƟng: FasƟdiously document interacƟons with leads and students, ensuring
an accurate repository of engagements. Provide periodic reports on lead conversion metrics, sales
advancement, and acƟonable insights for ongoing enhancement.
QualificaƟons:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, MarkeƟng, CommunicaƟons, or a related field is preferred.
- A proven track record in sales, markeƟng, or business development roles, ideally within the
educaƟon or EdTech sector.
- ExcepƟonal communicaƟon and interpersonal skills that foster meaningful connecƟons with
students.
- Outstanding presentaƟon and negoƟaƟon acumen.
- Self-iniƟated and results-driven with a penchant for independent work within the remote
landscape.
- Familiarity with digital collaboraƟon tools and Customer RelaƟonship Management (CRM) systems
is advantageous.
