Candidate Profile:
• Diploma or relevant qualification
• Demonstrated track record as a Chef in a fast-paced, upscale dining setting.
• Profound familiarity with Japanese and/or Peruvian cuisine is an asset.
• Pertinent culinary qualifications and endorsed certifications.
• Capacity to thrive under pressure while meeting exacting timelines.
