Full-time Identity Access Management Engineer

at Jobisite in Ohio

Job Summary
Designs, implements, and maintains IAM infrastructure and processes. Integrates various identity providers and the management of access policies across multiple platforms. Monitors, maintains and troubleshoots IAM systems and processes in on-premise and cloud environments. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field.
• Related work experience may be substituted for education requirements. One (1) year of related work experience can be substituted for one (1) year of education. For example, a candidate with a high school diploma, GED or state-recognized equivalent and seven (7) years of related work experience can be eligible to apply.
• Three (3) years combined experience in any of the following: role-based access control (RBAC), authentication protocols(Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth), enterprise identity services (Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect) support, Security Assertion Markup Language identity providers support and/or IdM platforms (Grouper, MidPoint, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Okta)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Linux/Unix variants, RedHat/RHEL and its derivatives.
• Experience with administering permission lists and roles within a Human Capital Management software i.e. PeopleSoft.
• Experience with revision control tools, such as Git/Github, CVS, SVN.
• Experience with automation/configuration management (e.g. Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Salt, Foreman/Satellite)
• Experience working and collaborating in an academic environment.

• Ability to take ownership of projects, anticipate department needs and develop appropriate responses, meet deadlines, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and be a quick and continuous learner.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to changing circumstances.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing large amounts of data, maintaining detailed comprehensive records, analyzing and organizing information. Possess effective project, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, “Customer Focus” attitude, and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Skilled in project management, problem-solving, analysis, follow-through, influence and persuasion.
• Ability to function as systems thinker and be solution minded with a global perspective.
• Comprehensive understanding of the concepts and processes related to requirements, functional design, and scope management.
• Ability to compile, package, install, and upgrade software as well as troubleshooting application issues.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, the ability to make effective presentations, have strong public speaking skills, develop and drive change and effectively communicate change.
• Familiarity with security standards such as NIST, ISO, and PCI-DSS
