Downtown Office Tower (Oahu) looking for top-notch, freelance Maintenance Supervisor to keep a 50,000-100,000 SQ FT commercial office tower building running smoothly. We are searching for a dedicated full-time independent contractor who is a tinkerer; someone able to fix everything from roof-to-window and door-to-floor. Ability to use specialized machinery and can troubleshoot/repair building deficiencies. Must be savvy self-starter who can work independently with little direction. Outside of daily maintenance & inspections, contractor must be able to address tenant work orders in a timely and professional manner. Familiarity with HVAC/Plumbing/FSR/Electrical/Appliance systems a must. THIS IS A 1099 POSITION. Small business owners encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance projects
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Fabricate and install equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively complete projects in a timely fashion
- Extensive knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Proven experience in project management and coordinating maintenance projects
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
