Downtown Office Tower (Oahu) looking for top-notch Office Cleaning team to keep a 50,000-100,000 SQ FT commercial office tower building tidy. We are searching for a dedicated part-time independent contractor team to perform nightly cleaning. Duties include: wet/dry cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning & sanitization, dusting, empty trash receptacles, window wiping, and other janitorial duties in common areas. Ability to service interior custodial duties at night and work independently. Outside of daily cleaning, may be requested to perform specialized cleaning as the request of the Property Manager in a professional manner. Confidentiality and discretion are a must. Responsibilities:
- Clean up spills, sweep, and mop nightly
- Prioritize the gathering and emptying of building trash
- Track, order, and monitor cleaning supply inventory levels
- Maintain & clean restrooms while monitoring building sanitation
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing parking lot and building entrance
- Maintain the highest standards of cleaning to maximize customer experience and ensure building comfort and safety

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial, housekeeping or related field
- Proficient in working with cleaning products, chemicals, solutions safely and managing cleaning equipment (i.e. vacuums) with care

Qualities:
- Knowledge of safety & sanitation
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. constantly and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read, understand information and take minimal direction
- Friendly, outgoing personality with ability to work well with tenants (Guest Service Skills)
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull, and endure outdoor elements for extended periods of time
