Partnership Specialist

The Partnership Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential partnership opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating and closing partnership agreements. The Partnerships Manager will also be in charge of tracking and overseeing partnership-related campaigns for the marketing team. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the company's goals and the market in which it operates. The Partnership Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partnerships.

Key responsibilities:
1. Identify potential partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify key trends and potential partners in the industry.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner organizations, industry leaders, and influencers.
4. Negotiate and close partnership agreements that maximize value for the company.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
6. Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing regular reports to management.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities.

Experience:
- Proven experience in partnership management or business development roles.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully acquiring and managing partnerships.
- Experience in negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
- Familiarity with the industry and market in which the company operates.
- Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as industry leaders and influencers.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
