Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Law Enforcement Clerk in El Paso, TX.



Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, collection, scanning and return of seized documentary evidence.
Exercise quality control over accuracy of scanned documents and ensure that a computer record has been established for each file.
Prepare and review outgoing materials to ensure that they meet the requirements of the government.
Provide additional administrative assistance as required.
Process, compose, and review information through a variety of letters, reports, and other correspondence before submitting the documents to the client
Perform routine administrative duties such as filing and maintaining (paper/electronic) archival records, logbooks, charts and display boards; duplicating, shredding and filing correspondence; answers and responds to telephone inquiries; prepare investigative, budget/statistical reports with input and assistance from others
Requirements:

· US Citizen

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

· Must be able to pass agency clearance

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of two years’ experience working in a professional environment

· Minimum of one year experience working with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

· Previous experience using office equipment such as printers and scanners is preferred
