Role : SAP Basis Technical support Consultant
Location of Work : Remote.
Type: Contract
Experience Level: 8+ Years.



Job Description:

- Shall perform password updates of critical SAP and OS users along
with support pack upgrade of ECC, GRC, and Solution Manager.
- Shall apply HANA revision updates and perform Oracle database patching.
- Shall preform SAP refreshes and creation of centralized SAP GUI
configuration files
- Identify key SAP performance indicators and appropriate threshold
levels
- Review and analyze system logs and take corrective action
- Monitor critical jobs for completion and report/escalate critical job
failures
- Check and analyze ABAP dumps and Maintain RFC groups
- Identify requirements for performance tuning and monitor Operating
Systems and identify problem conditions.
- User and Security Management and evidence gathering for annual audits
- 24x7 telephone support for technical problem reporting



Skills:

- Expertise in ECC on Hana on premise and S/4 Hana in the Azure Cloud.
- Good exposure to interfaces with SuccessFactors and Ariba SAP cloud
products.
- Need Hands on experience in Content Server, Cloud Connector, GRC on
Oracle, Solution Manager on HANA, Web Dispatcher - Internal & External
and SAP Router.
- Exposure in performing system refreshes using Libelle System Copy.
- Expertise in Installation, Upgrade, and Patch Management
- Expertise in Backup, Recovery Management and OS Management.
