Position: Validation Test Lead

Type: Contract



- Should have total 8 + years of IT experience as Test Lead
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of Validation/Compliance/Regulatory (GxP) testing
experience in Pharma domain
- Should be able to provide Test estimates, schedules, and projections
to project team
- Should have experience in creating Test Strategies and Test Plans
- Should have experience in managing and coordinating with
Business/Application Owners and Quality Compliance Teams in getting
approvals for User Stories/Requirements, Test Plans, Test Cases, RTM & Test
Reports
- Preference - Experience in Testing LIMS applications like Labvantage,
Labware, etc.
- Should have experience in conducting/coordinating System, Integration,
Data Migration and User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in using HP ALM/JIRA/qTEST tools, Expertise in STLC &
Defect life cycle
- J&J experience is an added advantage.
- Should be able to lead a team of 5-6 testers with multivendor teams
across different GEOs
- Good communication and should be able to manage any issues/escalations
