Position Overview:
As a Personal Agent/Recruiter at Jet Agency, you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower models and guide them toward financial independence. Your role involves recruiting models and offering administrative support, ensuring a smooth experience for our models as they embark on their journey to success.

Responsibilities:

Independently recruit new models through various channels and networks.
Act as an administrative support liaison between the models and the studio operators, ensuring a seamless experience.
Be available to models with high availability during the day, providing the support they need.
Foster positive and collaborative relationships with models.
Assist models in reaching their earnings potential, with opportunities for substantial bonuses.

Qualifications:

Webcam, microphone, and a dependable internet connection.
Personal computer and phone for work-related purposes.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
Compensation:

Competitive base salary of $1000-$1200 per month during the initial working month.
Possibility for significant earnings growth, with top agents earning up to $3000 per month.
Additional performance-based bonuses.
