We are currently inviting applications for the following positions in our next location situated in Jakarta, Indonesia:

6 x Preschool Teachers

Roles and Responsibilities - Early Childhood Principal

Working with Singapore Head of School Expansion and Vice Principal to oversee all school matters in the Jakarta location.

Leading the Trehaus Littles Programme curriculum in using data to drive decision-making related to school.

Working, building, and managing the Jakarta teaching team to run daily school operations

Dealing with all matters related to academic integrity.

Managing the completion and distribution of progress reports.

Coordinate parent-teacher-student conferences and meetings, celebrations, events.

Oversee the staff professional review and development programme for teachers.

Manage the completion of the all School set up including staff rostering, catering, logistics and flow etc.

Requirements:

- Be bilingual with fluency in English and Bahasa.
- Hold an university degree in Education or a related field.
- Have expertise and local experience in data-driven education and decision-making.
- Be a qualified teacher with teacher registration and a minimum of 2 years in local classroom experience.
- Possess expertise and ability in school administration and academic development.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
- Have a thorough understanding of current developments in educational theory.
- Have the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of educators, administrators, and support staff to foster a cooperative and cohesive learning environment that empowers students to achieve their full potential.
