Aircraft Maintenance Technician or Avionics Technician

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with procedures outlined in the manual, FAA Regulations, and manufacturer's instructions.
Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft.
Troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft systems and engines.
Remove and reinstall aircraft components, conduct operational checks, perform leak checks, and run engines.
Exercise sound judgment and technical aptitude in decision-making related to maintenance, sequencing, techniques, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution.
Ensure that all discrepancies are signed off with complete information, including part numbers, maintenance manual references, ATA and Chapter details, etc.
Promote a positive attitude toward work and colleagues.
Provide assistance when needed to meet completion and production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
Adhere to safety precautions and use protection devices as applicable to tasks to reduce the risk of injury and health problems.
Identify and address employees' problems and concerns, escalating them to management if necessary.
Have all work inspected (except for off-site maintenance) by an appropriately rated inspector as listed on the Roster of Management Supervisory and Inspection Personnel upon task completion.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement new maintenance strategies.
Provide leadership and effective communication to subordinates.
