Weekend and Overnight Dispatcher

at Jobisite in Texas

Seeking a qualified applicant with experience as an emergency services or central station dispatcher to join our team. The shift is from 9AM-11PM every Saturday and Sunday, 14 hours each day; and every Monday and Tuesday from 11PM-7AM, 8 hours each day. Guaranteed 4 hours overtime each week if you work your full schedule.

Training is 2 weeks and scheduled for Monday through Friday. We offer some flexibility in the training schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor Alarm Stack and respond to incoming signals

- Follow dispatching instructions

- Answer phone calls and assist subscribers or technicians with creating service call requests

- Light troubleshooting of system issues

- Data entry of pertinent information within our monitoring software

- Communicate effectively with other departments

- Clear and concise verbal and written communication

- Punctuality and reliability

- Ability to learn processes and follow instruction

You must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. We will assist the right candidate in obtaining a monitoring license through the State of Texas.
